Ticketer is delighted to announce the appointment of Neil Warman as Chief Financial Officer. Neil brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned entrepreneurial Fintech CFO and is the perfect fit for Ticketer, as the company enters the next phase of its growth, and particularly its expansion into mainland Europe. Neil also has experience in investment banking and is a qualified chartered accountant, and he will look after both the financial and legal aspects of the Ticketer Group.
Neil takes over the role from joint company founder Gordon Montgomery, who will remain with Ticketer as a non-executive Director and will continue to work on special projects.
John Clarfelt, Ticketer CEO, who founded the company along with Gordon, comments: “Finding a replacement CFO of Gordon’s stature, and with the Ticketer approach, was always going to be a major challenge. But then the perfect candidate, in the shape of Neil, came across our radar. Neil’s drive, financial acumen and commercial outlook will be a huge asset to Ticketer as we look to further expand and scale our business.”
